In general, to volunteer on a service project, you will need to have a background in some area related to the project, such as:
- general experience in international travel, logistics, & service, such as with the Peace Corps
- domain expertise in technical areas such as renewable energy, water systems, etc.
- healthcare delivery, public health, or health research
- documentary film making
